TJ: thanks..I have a 66 I will bring to the shoot..my 73 is a new rifle, and you know how a kid is with a new toy..thanks for the offer..if I shoot the 73 I just have to shoot 6 inches low..if I use the 73 you won't make fun of me because I have a nail tape on top of the front sight will you... ;D

Thanks for asking Yes I got it fix..I put a new sight on the front..it's about 1/8 inch taller than the old one..shoots great now..CC

Good.  I'm glad it worked.  Did you end up with a bead front sight?
