Haven't had much chance to play with my 76', but looks like things are warming up and slowing down a little.  Last time I looked and searched I couldn't find any data other than trail boss.  I really didn't care for trail boss, a bit on the weak side, or at least it felt like that.

Has there been any official data for the 45-75 and a 350 grain cast bullet?

Thanks

To start with, look in that new Lyman manual--#49 I think.  There are some data there.

The Lyman #49 data is what Brian Pearce came up with and some of it is "new" but some is a rehash.  "Official" data is darn near all the old stuff and I'm not convinced that the Cartridges of the World data was ever tested in any way other than by shooters.

Thanks, I think I have the lyman #49, but will have to wait till I get back stateside to check.  If I remember the only loads I could find were in the 330 grain or less.  I've got a great 350 grain mould and want to use it.  You'd think there'd be some published loads out there.

You would think that Uberti or Chaparral would sponsor some real world smokless testing with this round.  I was told by Lyman last year that they would never do any official pressure testing on the '76 cartridges.

I had a bullet mfg ready to do some testing but other things have taken over.  We'll see.

Will, let the groups speak for the accuracy of the loading data:
