Does anyone know if the Uberti revolving carbine and the Uberti 58 revolver use the same cylinder?

Thanks, I've got on on the way and I was curious.  It might be fun with a conversion cylinder.

It might also make it a 'short-barrelled rifle' - and then you run afoul of BATF rules.

Minimum barrel length is 16" without a tax stamp.  The carbine has an 18" barrel.

Yep....the barrel is 18" (my Pa has one)......BTW, the R&D cylinders for his Pietta NM Remington Revolvers fits & times perfectly in the Uberti made carbine. Go figure.
