Is there any finish that will not change the color of veg tanned leather?  I really like the natural color.

I think you are out of luck, even wearing leather in the sun will darken it eventually.

If you want to leave it a natural color then just put some Resolene or other top coating on it without any stain. It won't change the color much at all. As Slim said it is going to change over time though just from the lighting and sun.
