I posted an ad on the 'classified' page looking for a Rapine 540300 mould and cases for my .54 ERMA Gallagher carbine.

The ones I have on hand mike at .550". S&S has cases, but they are for original .52s. Haven't heard back from Lodgewood.

Best to call Lodgewood. They're not too quick to answer emails, but do answer the phone. Good folks, too. If you use soft lead or wheel weights, you may get by with a 535 RB. Lee makes a very cheap mold in that size. In fact, I bought one new when I got my Gallager before deciding to get Hoyt to reline it.

I've got a call in to Lodgewood. I prefer phoning to emailing when ordering stuff.

A .535 mould I can get no problem. I'm still hoping to find a 540300 of any make.

Anyway, I've got time  .... I was stripping the lock today and broke the top leaf, the hammer spring. I ordered a replacement from S&S and a sear spring as well.

I think I'm the new "Shrapnel" ..... ;>(
