Is there anyplace to download an owners manual for the 1875 Outlaw? Picked up a nice used one today, and need an owners manual. Thanks

Ask the members the questions you need answers to.
There really isn't anything like a real manual, other than the usual safety things like point the gun in a safe dirrection etc.

All Righty then ;D
I'm used to the 4 positions of the 1873's. Should the 1875 Outlaw work more less the same way? Half cock to load and eject? Bring the hammer all the way back and let it down? Load one, skip one, load 4 more in the cylinder (hammer rides on an empty cylinder? General stuff an owners manual will cover.

You got it! Right on the money!

I have found that Uberti guns offer a fairly generic "manual" with their guns.  I doubt this would help you much.  If you have specific questions just ask here.  Your description of loading procedures is accurate.

Thanks fella's. I'm about half deaf, and I'm not hearing (Feeling) the 4 clicks like on an 1873. That's what's throwing me. I've cleaned it up real good, everything looks to be functioning proper. I plan to shoot it this weekend. I don't like learning a new weapon on the fly.

Four clicks is a C-O-L-T thing.  Ain't no four clicks on a Remmie!
Well.... see, if you take your time, you get a more harmonious outcome.

If it's like my 1875 Remington, with the hammer-safety-thing, yes, I believe it does have 4 clicks...of course, depending on the exact timing of your revolver, you could have more or even less audible clicks.

;D I was able to take it out today and run 50 rounds through it. I'm very happy with this revolver.  ;D

We got the hole REM-ING-TON thing.

If you go on the Uberti site I believe under support you can request a new manual free it a safety issue so it might be sent to you free-o.
