Just placed an order with Buffalo Arms for brass, dies and bullets for my 45-60 Uberti 1876. Got a call from them that they are out of stock of the 300gr bullets in both 458 and 459. They are sending the dies, shellholder and brass and said it would be about two weeks until they are restocked with the bullets.
Anybody have a source for SPG lubed (or equivilent) 300 grs?
Thanks.

FWIW I bought the RCBS Legacy dies and the $20!!! RCBS shellholder. Next choice would have been the Lyman, but the shellholder is for the 45-70.

I'm sure you could have used the .45-70 shell holder that came with the Lyman dies.  I've been using the same .45-70 shell holder for 30 years when loading for both .40-60 and .45-60.

Buck,
I bought the Jamison 45-60 cases and read that the rim dia may or may not fit the Lyman 17 shellholder. So to forgo that potential problem, I bit the bullet and went with RCBS.

Ranch13,
Thanks for the link, looks like good stuff at reasonable prices.

Yes they cast good bullets, last I bought from them you could get your choice of lubes or unlubed.
