Looking for book

Back in the 70's I ordered a booklet with rodeo event patterns for western belts out of the ads in Western Horseman. It has long since went away. I am looking for a copy of this book. If anyone can help me out I would sure apreciate it. Back in the 70's I bet a made 500 of the belts with the rodeo designs on them, then they went out of style. I want to make a few more and would sure like to find this booklet. Thanks
