Spencer Manual of Arms *** POSTED ***

I've seen references online to a Spencer Manual of Arms written by Capt. G.M. Barber (1st Batt'n Ohio Sharp-Shooters). Every link I can find to the document is broken, however. This is the Spencer Manual of Arms. Scanned from the Marcot book, uploaded to my online photo account, and then downloaded to SSS

If you right click on each page, you can then print out the entire manual and the printed copy is pretty good to read
