While placing my USFA order before the price hike, my FFL was told that the Omni will probably no longer be made and they would not accept the order. Good thing I've  got me one already!  ;D

The sad thing was my FFL was ordering me a second one today. I guess I don't get it.

Although naturally I've no idea WHO your FFL Dealer is (or what, if any, direct association he/she may have with USFA). . . I can say that many a FFL has made such statements publically, only to be proved later to be full of bologna.  In fact, some believe FFLs typical play this sort of hi-jinx just to substantiate jacking-up their prices.

But what do I know. . .

I do think you should strive to validate such claims before posting such a thread within the forum.

Why would he deny me a sale... ??? I think your remarks are funny.

Don't believe Charlie?  Just try to order an Omni-Potent.
You can't change the wind, but you can always change your sails.

If the Omni & Snub are gone, I'm not surprised.  They never sold very many and I believe the frames, backstrap, trigger guards, and hammers are unique to the model.  They only have so much machine time  so why not make parts for things that people want.

They are unique to that model. I am sure that is what it came down to. Another USFA product may have to RIP. I am just glad I have both the Omni and Lightning by USFA before they went the way of the wind.

It appears that I was mistaken; that I should take my hat off. . . and apologize to Charlie.

"Sorry Charlie!" (ummm. . . errrr. . .  ;D)  Wishing you well Sir!
