I know this has been ask many times, but I can't seem to find the answer.
Silver Rings had the part numbers for a Chappy rifle.
Are the part numbers the same for the Uberti ?
Also I have heard mixed reveiws of the "improved" sight, is it the one to go with,or is the regular one (without the interchangable upright) better ?
Thanks Asa

According to Uberti the screw pattern and screws are the same for the Uberti '73.

Asa,

The Improved sight worked fine for me.

Cimarron

I just put a Marbles 009801 standard sight on my Cimarron 1876.  It was supplied with the 995010 screw kit which also seemed to work perfectly.

i used a marbles tang that was made to go on the 1860 henry by uberti for my 1876 nwmp carb.
the staff is longer on that sight and with the sight all the way down its good for 100yrds
i=if i remember corectly the front sight i put on the rifle was a williams 1/16th bead at .450 tall
yep i just checked it and that's what it is .450
gives me enough elvation to reah 300 yrds and more..........
oh the rifle is 45/60 cal.
keep yur powder dry.
