An interesting idea

I spent awhile on the phone with Raymond Tipton of Bunkhouse Tools   http://www.bunkhousetools.com/   and we talked about some neat things he is working on, and or considering.  One thing I suggested was our need for fake cast guns to use and especially if it could be done at more competitive pricing than what is currently available.  An idea he asked me about that might interest some who are looking for production ideas (as opposed to custom) is the idea of over sized decorative plates.  Say a large plate that is a solid basket stamp pattern.  Whether holster, pouch or etc etc, you cut the design shape you need from it on a bandsaw and apply to cased leather.  All it would take then is apply a border by hand, which would really speed things up if you have a specific design that you produce regularly.

He has also added a smaller set of US/CS stamps to go with his standard size and this should really work well with our smaller accessory items.  Ill take a picture of the small size next to full size when they arrive.
