colt lightning gunsmith

Hey all, Just bought a Colt Lightning rifle in .357 for use in SASS and I'm trying to find the "Lightning Guru" that specializes in this rifle. I've been told that Eldon "El Rod" Penner is the "go to" person for this rifle. Can someone tell me how to get in touch with him and does he still do tuneup work?
Just started in SASS about 3 months ago, having a lot of fun and have a pair of Long Hunter pistols on order. I'm using a friends gear as I slowly get my gear purchased.  Let the fun begin!!!

He has two rifles of mine now that he is working on and I don't expect to see them until after the first of next year.
