Sizing Dies for the 44 Mav Ducth and 454190 45 colt

Howdy,

Not long ago I purchased an RCBS Lube-o-matic II. Which resizing die is best for the 44 Mav Dutch bullets and the  Lyman 454190 45 colt? AS well as the top punch?

Thats an excellent site with lots of good info, but I still didn't find the info for the sizing dies. Which section is it in? I'm working my way throught the articles at present, that will keep me off the streets for awhile, :D
All my cowboy gun's calibres start with a 4! It's gotta be big bore and whomp some!
