While this is not specifically a single firearms review, it is to pass on some very new information regarding the formation of an import/distribution company here in the USA. The Italian Firearms Group (IFG).
This group is made up of partnership of four Italian firearms manufactures, Fair, Pedersoli, Sabatti, Tanfogio, and the fifth partner of Justin Dodd out of Amarillo, Texas where IFG will be based.
This info is so new, that the ink has hardly had a chance to dry on the contract yet.
Many things need to come together and as contact information becomes active and available, I will post up dates. So please be patient.

As for most of us here on CASCITY, David Pedersoli will have the most to offer our specific interest.

very cool Blair....

When you talked to Davide , did he say anything about Euroarm's resurrection ?

Major 2,

I hope your Doc appointment went well. Sorry we missed each other again!

Pedersoli did buy out much of Euroarms.
However, much the equipment and tooling was so poorly maintained and/or warn out, that is could not be used.
Euroarms is not being resurrected!
That is the best I can say at this time and place.

One day, I hope to be able to take some of my Euroarms parts and pieces to IFG and compare these with what Pedersoli is doing now. (I will also compare original parts. That I think would be a far comparison.)
I think many parts will be very close, but just don't know until I try. This too will end up being a posted report not only for the makers as well but should help the customers of older Euroams weapons as well.

I hope this addresses your question?

Thanks Blair, the Therapist worked wonders on me ....My shoulders were a mess , worked that out and much relief.
She did a high potent CryoDerm and wrapped my knee for an hour, it hasn't felt this good in a month ...

The wrap is off now and I still feel the icy/warmth 6 hours later ...I have some to use tomorrow.

Thanks for the info from Pedersoli

I hope some parts will become available for the Euroarms line-up, specifically the Rogers & Spencer. Right now I could use a new mainspring for one. At this point I don't know if another mainspring from a different gun (Remington?) might be a usable alternative. Anyway, I hope they can get something going for the euroarms guns in the near future.

Navy Six,

Two places you may want to check out, you will find them on the internet.
1. VTI
2. The Winchester Sutler

My understanding at this time is Pedersoli does not intend to bring back the R&S revolvers.

Thanks, Blair. Even though I've owned a few Rogers & Spencers over the years, it figures now that they aren't made that I've become real interested in them. Appreciate your response.   Navy Six

Navy Six,

Just so you know, Pedersoli did buy R&S parts and pieces, in the white from Euroarms, fit and finish them out to Pedersoli's usual high quality. You may still be able to find these and/or the Euroarms made models.
That wont solve the parts issue should brakeage occur. Trying to keep parts like springs will just keep getting harder to find.

Pedersoli has brought back a very highly accurate NM 1863/1858 Remington C&B revolver. Great for the competition shooters, but it is not a R&S.

Just got word from Justin Dodd, at The Italian Firearms Group of North America, in Amarillo, TX. are up and running.
Justin told me that they got their first shipment of Pedersoli firearms. I assume, they also received firearms from the other three manufactures as well, but Justin knows my primary area of interest is in the reproduction historic firearms.

I did a quick Google search this morning to see if any new info, such as and Web site was up yet. I only found some of the older posting like this one.
So, I guess, for the present, if you want to see what is being offer you will need to go to Pedersoli web site. I posted that contact info in message #6
