Wads.... Winchester WAA12R replacement

Have the WAA12R wads been dropped? Cant see them on MidwayUSA and all the stores around here state that they cant get them anymore!!

What is a good replacement? I have Western 12Ga Orange Target (WT12) and Claybuster WAA12 Replacement (CB1118-12 Standard) on hand.

On the Claybuster website, www.claybusterwads.com, they list their CB1138-12 as being a replacement for the WAA12R wad and show a photo of it.  Unless they took a photo of a Winchester wad, it looks identical to the Winchester.  When I run out of the Winchester wads this is what I am going to start using.

By the way, you can still pick up WAA12R wads once in a while on eBay.

This was buggin me as the guy behind the gun counter of my local 'large sporting goods' store had absolutely no idea. Even the shotgun guy that he got had no idea. I am sure that they have the CB1138-12 in stock, or at least they should have, but these guys were clueless!

John Boy--Yer a man after my own heart!!   Now THAT is what I'm talking about!!!    85gr & 1 1/8oz load.    Mine were 92gr but yer close enough.     That is the way BP 12ga. was intended!!
