I had a long time associate pastor leave in January, partly due to finances. Churches get hit just like everyone else. Since he left I've been so busy I've not touched any leather in 3 weeks or better.

I told Kid Terico in a phone call the other day I've had to choose between shooting and leatherwork over the last few months, and I chose to shoot, including 3 Wild Bunch matches. Anyway, enough about my winey problems, you guys are the Best!

My wife has a photo shoot in Yosemite in September, and I don't want her driving down there alone, so I'm planning on going with her, then continuing south to WC's shop and spend some time soaking up the atmosphere. I'm really looking forward to that! JD

JD,

IF you find yourself in Sacrmento and needing to get refreshed, I am right off the hightway ... you litterally have to go not more than five miles from my house to go to Yosemite from your direction ... I would offer a room for the night, but I am renting it our now due to the Economy ... so come by, get ourt of the car for a while, use a non-station/restaurant bathroom and just say hi ...

I would conisider it a real priviliege!!!
My moniker is my great grandfather's name. He served with the 2nd Florida Mounted Regiment in the Civil War. Afterward, he came home, packed his wife into a wagon, and was one of the first NorteAmericanos on the Frio River southwest of San Antonio ..... Kinda where present day Dilley is ...

I would love to meet both of you guys in person, so we'll see how it works out.

Montana Slick was suppose to be coming through my town sometime in June on the way to see his mother in law on the Oregon coast (with his wife of course :P) I hope he can give me a shout.

I also look forward to seeing 10 Wolves again at WC's shop, since he lives near by.

Boy, I turn my back for a day or two and miss this. Happy Belated B-Day, JD. Many more of them, too. 8)
