Taurus 62 tang sight on a Rossi 92

This is from several years ago, so I probably need the memory of an Oldtimer.  It seems at one time folks were using the Taurus 62's tang sight on the  Rossi 92.  It seems some adjusting of holes were necessary.  Also if anyone did it, did you get enough elevation out of it to shoot higher than the open sight.  Dig deep folks!

Found some entries from 2004-5 concerning putting one on a Thunderbolt.  I measured the drop on the Thunderbolt and 92's rear tang screw and they are the same.

Got the answer from John Boy, he used one on the Thunderbolt and it worked fine.
