For those who still use actual blades for shaving - and who've always enjoyed the feeling you just don't get from an electric razor - this is a most interesting link.

I do think I'll pass on making my own aftershave, though - haven't used any since I first went overseas.

My parents bought me a Norelco electric maybe 35 years ago.  I doubt that I've used it a dozen times.

My old Gillette adjustable finally broke a few years back and I'm using an Excel...until I get a new double safety razor, now that I knew where to find them again.

St. George the homemade aftershave worked out very well. Worth trying. Just bought an 1960's Gillette FatBoy double edge. Cool shave.
