I have made several of my own holsters, in the past, but haven't for many years. I want to get into Cowboy action
both in traditional and "Wild Bunch". I have a Ruger Vaquero, A Uberti Schofield both in .45LC and a Colt 1911 in .45
ACP. I want holsters for all three and carry them on a Garrison belt, similar to El Paso Saddlery's 1880. I need a source for patterns.
Also a source for a really nice M1851 Belt plate.(Officer's and NCO's buckle.) Also a source for black dye and finishes.(I'm not completely satisified with Tandy).

You really should direct this to the 'Leather' forum.

You'll get all sorts of advice and help, there.
