You can get a "Factory" crimp from Lee.  I know--I got one and it works just fine.

yes, but in the lee web site I saw it only in caliber 45-70 gvt, I can use this for the 45-75?

I have used the Lee crimp dies in other calibers and suspect the .45-70 crimp die would not work for 45-75 without modification.  But I believe Lee will make custom dies for not a whole lot of $$.

Howdy, daxbax.

You need to contact Lee Dies and request a custom die for the 45-75.  I have one they made up for me, and it works very well.  Don't recall the cost, but it was very reasonable. :)

I should add, that the same die is also applicable to the 45-60. ;D

Mine cost me $25.60 and it was worth it.  I just sent them an e-mail and told them what I wanted.  It is stamped 45-75 on the top and only took a couple of weeks to get here.  They are good folks to deal with.

Thankyou all,

I will try to contact the lee, but I have to wait many time before they send me in italy!
meantime I will try the crimp used for the 45-70 they have here, it costs very little.

Lots of luck using that 45-70 crimp die on the coke bottle shaped 45-75 case.  It is bigger than the straight walles 45-70 case and I doubt that it will fit in the 45-70 die.
