So far it seems like a regular day for me. I have moved my birthday to Saturday, cuz my kids/grandkids are coming for the weekend and then there will be some real celebrating. Yeehawww

Howdy Buck, I just got week one about over and done with. Other than a slight brain strain from trying to learn a new computer program, I am doing fine with the job and maybe this will be my last one ever. Who knows? I look forward to becoming a traveling cowboy action shooter. That is the carrot I have on my stick.

Sisquoc, you are such a dear. Your laugh makes my day. I like it so much, that I am always going to have to come up with something to make you laugh. Sitting on that hay bale and having a nice little chat was great in two ways for me. One I got to know you better and two, my feet felt better afterwards, since that particular pair of red boots seem to make my dogs tired.

Thanks again pards for the B-day wishes and for being my friends.

A belated thank you. I have been on the road for the past couple of weeks (work related) but this was nice to come home to. My birthday was wonderful. The vet gave our new puppy a clean bill of health (she had pneumonia) and my beloved took me out for a nice dinner.

California Lawdog, it was indeed a pleasure to make your aquantance, fer sure pard. We had been trying to meet up for 3 or 4 years at least. I am glad you made it out to Plainfield and I am glad I traveled up there to shoot with all my NorCal pards too. I hope we can make a tradition of meeting up pard.
