First Pistol

Hey everyone, new to this forum and all but Ive been into guns for a little while now and fixin to get my first pistol. Been lookin real hard at the New Vaquero's and my budy just bought one because of my reference. He loves his and Ive shot it a couple times, real nice gun and the new trigger mechanism they put on them is real nice instead of the pin. His is the SS 5.5in .375. Anywho my hearts pretty much set on that one but my big decision is .45LC or .357? Like everyone says you should get what YOU want and thats the plan but just wanting some more advice from anyone out there. I understand .45 loads are a little more hard on the wallet and from what Ive read .357 have a straighter bullet path. Any advice is great!
