Ever since I first saw For a Few Dollars More I've been looking a reproduction of the leather wrist cuff that Clint Eastwood's character, Manco wore in that picture.
There's a website called Spaghetti Western Replicas that has alot of great reproductions but it's taking them forever to get that piece available to the open market. :(
A work in progress.

Ridgway I'm not sure about anything these days, but it wouldn't hurt to give him a call and find out, Alfonzo when he was alive used to do a lot of special order items, talk to Omar and maybe he does too.

Just my thinking, I would think the cuff would have to be fit to the individual.  It has been a while since I saw the film, although it is my favorite of the trilogy, but I think the point of the cuff was it held his hand/wrist in a way that he could only hold the gun level.  Works  great for hip shooting as long as you hold your hand fairly parallel to the ground, so is the gun.  It was how they new he was a bounty killer, he had a gadget to shoot faster and more accurate.    That was just my interpretation of if.
So i would think it would be relative easy to make if an indivdual had an extra set of hands.  Where a long rubber glove, a gauntlet type.   Tape it down so it sits smoothly against the skin.  Hold a gun, preferable the one you will shoot with most often and tape a laser pointer to it.  When you are holding it where you want, have a friend tap the heck out of your gloved wrist/hand with duct tape.   When it is stiffend by tape, put the gun down, carefully cut a slit up the interior to get this mess off your hand.  cut the shape out and then use this to make a pattern.  from here all a fellow would need is leather and a punch to make a rudimentary one.  just my $0.02
