If, the courier does not drop the ball, I should have my new USFA SAA in hand Monday. Pics to follow...or one terrible whine ! Pics and praise of the revolver is what  I'm praying I'll be able to give.

The odds are still in your favor to have a beauty.  Can't wait to see it.  In the meantime, do tell!

I'm looking forward to your review.  Don't be reluctant to wait a day or two, sitting on the couch, turning it over and over in the sun light, looking at it from every angle.  If you paid full freight then you deserve nothing less than perfection.  With my Colt there were things that popped up as pretty obvious but for some reason I didn't catch them right off on the first once over.  Maybe I had stars in my eyes.

I hope your gun is everything it should be.

Marshal Deadwood

Thank you.

SAA, .45colt, 7 1/2" barrel, bp frame,,with two sets of grips black rubber and white rubber grips ... for whatever mood I might be in :)

Yep, not only am I gonna look it over,,gonna have my gunsmith friend get with me and check every possible possiblilty,,,tolerences, fit and finish, action, etc and etc.

If I post a positive review,  you can bet it will be a positive gun,,,or I'll let ya'll know if I find any 'shortcommings'..

I'm reasonable tolerant of the human factor, but like you guys say,,these cost too much to settle for second rate ,,should that be the case.

I sure hope that will not be the case.

I hope you'll be very happy with it.  I predict you will.

You know, USFA has been taking a hit around here lately, no without reason, but still...I just got my Rodeos back and as I cock them and look them over, the fit is perfect, the timing is perfect, and they just feel solid and right...
Lunarian, n.  An inhabitant of the moon, as distinguished from Lunatic, one whom the moon inhabits. (Ambrose Bierce).  Which one are you?
