3" cotton webbing

I've found sources for different widths of cotton webbing, but I can't seem to locate 3" cotton webbing in a natural color.  I have a customer who wants a 3" Mill's belt for his .45-70 rifle.  I've refered him to several makers of completed belts, but he wants me to make it because I double the thickness of the webbing belts I make.

If any of you were wondering, I only double the thickness to a certain point when doing a Mill's style belt.  Otherwise the buckle system doesn't work correctly.

If any of you could point me in the right dirrection, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Skeeter.   I did see the list, but none of those places carry 3" width.  I know there is a 3" supplier somewhere because other leather guys are producing that width of a Mill's cartridge belt.
