The permissions is set up so you can delete and edit own posting, but you can't delete the topic. Your opinions matter, folks, so keep on commenting.

this is the setup I think is best.  It lets you delete double taps or an incosiderate post.  Good work, fast and clean system

Good idea, double taps are embarrassing to those of us still learning 'how to' on these forums.

It's good.  Give's those with a flash temper and a fast cool down a chance to re-tract a regreted post.  Not that I have ever done that mind you....yea,right
