glad to see ya on your feet a nd at it again been tryin to figuer out how to put an antler handle on this bowie knife i jist got but just cant but my finger on it yet  LOL

heres a pics Ned the brass butt piece unscrews but im not liking that i wanna use the button of the antler as the butt kinda like you did on JD's knife i will get a pic of it unscrewed when i got out to my mom and dad so i can use their camera

Should be easily enough done. Take off the handle and you expose the tang, find the piece of Elk you want to use keeping in mind the size of the guard, you don't want the Elk sticking out past it.

Drill a hole the size you need to get the tang into dead center and square in the Elk NOT GOING ALL THE WAY THROUGH!

Cut off the tang just a tad shorter than the hole you just drilled and epoxy the whole thing together.

This is a bit oversimplified but I hope you get the idea.

Befor you do the final assembly make sure the tang is very clean and file a few notches on the edge to give the epoxy something to bite into.
