Adobe Walls is up in the Texas Panhandle near where I grew up. The site is on private property on a ranch between Spearman and Stinnett. I've been there once, back in about 69. There is a Texas Historical there, but no structure.

I was stationed at Amarillo AFB in 1954, while there, I was able to visit the Adobe Walls site. There were still fairly good traces of it then. That was fifty-five years ago.

Where has time gone to...?

Is the Adobe Walls site still visible, or has wind and weather worn it away, since then.

Trap

Was there 4-5 years ago. Since it is prairie it is probably very much like when you saw it. The depressions of the buildings ect are still there. Worth the trip.

Thank you for the replies guys.

I may get the chance to pass through that area this next year.

The wife is from San Antonio, TX. She might want to go back for a visit.
