Please, if anyone can say a few prayers that things come out right, and that he wins his case, and for a little strength for me, it would be greatly and greatfully appreciated.
I guess, that with this coming up tomorrow, I am a little on the nervous side.
I guess a stiff Drink of the hardest Sarsaparilla available would also be in order.

Thank You, All. We came through today just fine, now on to the arraignment on the17th of next month.
It looks like I will be moving finally on May 15th and not later than that. I still have not recieved the final Eviction Paperwork, but I set now on pins and needles and jump at each knock on the door.
I'm tired of living as a prisoner in my own home, and I'll be greatful to finally get out of here.

An araignment is generally held within 48 hours of an arrest. At an arraignment the defendant enters a plea, bond is set and an attorney appointed by the court if needed and a trial date set. Arrests, araignments, and trials are public record.  I checked the CGPD & Pinal County Sheriffs blotters going back to 3-28. Nothing about an arrest of your husband. I also checked the Pinal County Court Logs. There were no arraignments of anyone yesterday. I also checked those going back to 3-28. No arraignment of your husband.

On 4-11 you posted here and on The Frontier Spot  asking if there was anyone in Kingman who would be willing to put you, your husband and cat up for a couple weeks. Today you posted on TFS in the Cantina that you have a cousin in Kingman willing to put you up. Any reasonable person would contact a relative about a place to stay prior to posting such a request on an internet forum.

With as many cousins as you have you should be able to find a place to stay anywhere in the world.
