That's what I would like to know.
A work in progress.

Well see, you just take a little bit off the hammer spring at a time until it won't fire anymore.

Then you stop, and back up just a skosh.

I haven't done it yet but I would say to grind a bit off each side of the main spring [don't let it get hot] till you get the weight you want. The only place I know of to get parts for the Rogers is S&S. You may want to get another one and keep one for the C&B cylinder.
Mine is one of my best shooting guns I have. Although the high hammer is hard to get to shooting duelist.
Let us know how the convertor shoots.

Well i have learned that a conversion cylinder requires fitting and sure don't have the talent for that,i sure do like the gun though.I can send it in,but i hate to do that,to many horror stories on lost shooters.I would trust a cas shooter though..

Just thin the width of the mainspring like you would a 58NMA, keep both ends the original width, taper so smallest width is approx 2/3 from butt end.  Polish well and go for it.  Try frequently as work progresses, easier to take off than put back on.

BTW, I have four R&S, you can get extra parts from Euroarms, or Dixie Gunworks.

The conversion cylinders from Taylors that are made by R&D are not useable out of the box.  The revolver has to be fit to them, and the internal parts, Hand, Stop, etc., have to be changed and new ones fit to work with the conversion cylinder.  I bought one from Taylors, was supposed to be drop in, BUT I have four guns, it will not function in any without changing parts out.  Then to use with original cylinder, the original parts have to be replaced.  PIA BIGTIME   --- So, I have a R&D conversion cylinder, NIB, for sale.  If anyone is interested, PM me.
