I know this is an old thread, but has anybody added a cutoff to their Armi Spencer?

yes but a spencer type one ,it is not very usfull with the lane type extractor but it dose work,i licke the stabler cutoff on my original beter,but it involves machining a slot in lower block to fit and carful fiting to make it work properly on armi spencer
