my Life is in a Tailspin, with NO way out, and I am about to Crash and Burn, hitting Rock Bottom.
I am being Evicted from my Apt. Illegally by the Management of my Complex, and I am embroiled in Legal proceedings to fight it, and the Arrest that was done on my Hubby.
As well, I have a Class Action Law Suit Pending against City of Casa Grande, AZ and the Apt. Complex where I currently live.
How much longer I will be here, I don't really know.
I hope to move to Kingman, Az soon, and be free of this God - Forsaken Town!
Until then, I don't know how much more I can take of this.

Thanks, QBall. A bit of better news is that we found a Lawyer who will take the case, and will keep Hubby OUT of Jail. Then, he will also be putting an Injunction in place to allow us to live out the remainder of our Lease, which will enable us to get back our Deposits.
As well, it will take that worry OFF my mind, and stop the Harrassment from the Land Lady.
So, I am guessing things are going a bit better as of today.
As well, it will enable Hubby and I to turn around and Sue the City and the Manager/Land Lord and Ownership of the Complex where I live Currently, so as to get back ALL of Everything that we went through H*** for.

Damn,  I had a problem at a place I was renting once,  The cops mistook my son and I as somebody else,  they contacted the management to ask questions,  the management became suspicious of us because of the questions, and proceeded to treat us like crap while the police monitored our activity for several months,  Hell when it was all said and done there were actual photos of our house (a trailer in a trailer park) that the cops had taken.      I was wondering why things seemed sorta strange around the house,  The cops probably know that I like coffee and occassional shot of whiskey,  and I liked to sit on my back deck with my dog.

Well, the Trouble is the Land Lord, Gregg. All WAS well at Casa Grande, but not so anymore. I have a Bitter Taste in my Mouth, and am Bitter to the core for how I have been treated while here in my Curent Residence.
I have OFFICIALLY been Evicted, but can go Nowhere until the 15th when my New Apt. Opens up.
On top of it All, I have 3 Court Fights to deal with next week.
Yeah, I went to the Picacho Reenactment last month, when All of this started blowing up.
Now, it has resorted to Court Fights.
My Husband was Arrested on Charges of "Disorderly Conduct," But according to what I understand (After the Fact), is that the Arrest was "Trumped up" and the Charges are FALSE!
We have studied the State Statutes and Laws, and have found that the Charges are Indeed False.
There is a chance that I might have to stay with my Aunt and Uncle in Las Vegas when I first get there in that area of Kingman/Vegas.
So, this is where things go from here.
