Cats can certainly be strange critters!  I had one once who loved to play fetch with a small ball of tin foil.  My Mom didn't believe it.  Had to be shown.  I had another cat once who loved to eat raw potatoe.  He'd come running every time he heard the tater peeler jingle.

My sister's cat hated stairs.  He'd run up and down on the hand rail.  Had six toes on the front feet and five on the back.
