Just wanted to introduce myself,  I joined a couple of days ago,  somehow my interests in firearms shift from old automatics to new/old single actions every so often,  it's single action time!  I just picked up a Like new,  Better than new,  AWA,  I'm not sure how old it is but it's got a pretty low serial number,  Who ever had it had some work done on it and heck I can even hit with the thing.  I'm wanting to pick up a USFA 4 3/4 in 45 Colt sometime in the near future,  I'd always wanted a Colt but from what I've been hearing those USFA's can't be beat.  Anyway I just wanted to say hi to all I hope to be in the area for awhile so,  Stand by for some stupid questions cuz here I am.

The AWA is 45 Colt,  I've been using PMC 250 gr,  and I've put a couple of Speer 250gr hollow points through it too,  Those Speers clearly have some knock down potential    I use the AWA as a defensive gun too.  I'm big enough (okay fat) to where it doesn't print when I carry.
