ca 5.5 x 3.75" silver gelatin images. The image of Frank titled in the negative along with an 1898 copyright. Attractively displayed in their original 10.5 x 7.5" frame.

A fine image of the aged Frank, who by this time was living on the family farm in Kearney, making a living by starting horse races at various county fairs around the Midwest and South, and giving tours of the James homestead.

Interesting that the suits on these men (presumably by 1898 or slightly earlier re: copyright date) appear to have padded shoulders.
