What is lead selling for these days?   I have some to sell and want to charge a fair price.

Will I sold about 75# not to long ago and got 50 cents a pound from a commercial caster.
That was a nickle a pound more that the scrap yard offered.

Private sales are around a dollar a pound. Depends on your alloy. If you have linotype it brings more. Straight WW less and is it in raw or ingot form.

I just ordered 50 lbs of 20-1 and 20 lbs of #2 from roto, and the total came to 134 delivered.
Eat more beef the west wasn't won on a salad.

Appalachian Ed

1.00/pound. is typical for small amounts of pure lead. I just bought 1200 pounds for .40/lb. pure lead from an individual. I for one have no use for wheel weights. linotype will run you around .75/pound where I live and pure tin is about 3.00/pound.

149 lbs - Cable Sheath - Bhn 5.0 - 50 cents/lb ... last week
The yards are buying #1 Lead now at 10 cents/lb
