Hope Saddle with Dog House Stirrups

Ottawa Creek Bill

Here is a photo of the Hope Saddle I just finish with a set of David Carrico's Oak Dog House Stirrups I added today. I'm going to darken them a little and then add treads to them, probably Monday. The stirrups give the saddle an old timey look.

Montana Slim

I was camped next to this saddle (also Bill & his son, William   ;)...It's even better in-person. The saddle has a few additional finishing touches and is beginning to age and mellow nicely... just like Bill  (I just couldn't resist)  ;D
