Howdy Pards,  :)
I thought I would show all you guys my third try, the old saying the the third time is a charm, doesn't apply here! ???
But, I have learned, and I think carving is one of those subjects that you do learn my your mistakes! And when carving, you know right away when you did a  ::) so you don't make it again! I am spending allmost all my time craving, for to reason, the burning desire to get better (so I know I have something to look forward for a long time) and second I don't have any holsters i want to make. I don't spend all my time carving, but a lot of it! It seems like a lot but, I am only good for 3-4 hours a day, if it is a good one! So I am not spending a lot of time carving, but it is so exciting to watch something come toghter as you are doing it!
It's not much better from the other, but maybe a little better!
Production has started on the mauls, i need everyone to pm me there name and address, so I can get a shipping charge, I am in hopes of having them all mailed by middle of the week, unless something gors wrong!
Let me know what you guys think??
I can take it!!

thanks everyone for the kind words! I see a lot of mistakes, but since i see them, maybe I won't make them next! I have another sheath in the dye right now, but I have a lot of work  to do on the knife!
On the mauls, I like helping people out, and i look all over, and $59.00 was the cheapest one I could find in that weight. At $20.00 I am not getting rich, but i am making a little and I hope that everyone that gets one, likes them as good as I like mine!!
Now about the pictures, a had a professional Portrair studio, untill i got hurt, And I sold everything! In the middle of 90's i sht 2 full cataloga's for Leggett& Pratt. But it is like everything else, if you don't have the right equipment, you have to make shift!
Thanks For the Kind Words!!

Howdy Ace,

That is a beautiful sheath! Now this could be something we might see in "Packing iron". We are all very proud of you and your accomplishments!
You need to learn to like all the little everday things like a sip of good whiskey, a soft bed, a glass of buttermilk,  and a feisty old gentleman like myself

I what to thank every one for the kind words!! I very much enjoy carving! And I plan to do better!
I just want to work on this pattern untill i think it looks good, and then move on, I have a knife sheath I just finished and put in the dye, it was a different design, don't think it will impress anyone!
