Who Company in U.S.A have the best brand and quality on their fake ivory grip.I want to change my red wood grips on my Cattleman to ivory grip instead, but I dont now what company I buy these from.I have seen picture from your cowboy action shooting event and there are a lot of shooters who have ivory grip on there guns.
Have u all a nice day and keep on shooting BP.

P.S I live in Sweden and there are any company who have ivory grip to sell here in Sweden.

Ya might try this company:  Eagle Grips @ http://eaglegrips.com.  I don't personally own any of their products for my cowboy guns, but have a pair on my 1911 Colt.  Very beautiful and fit for this was excellent "out of the box."

Ivory Jack

I don't personally use synthetic ivory, but I think the best looking synthetic is Truivory.  It really looks like elephant ivory, right down to the subtle patterns in it.

IMHO,
I have been trading with Boone Traders in Washington for about 15-18 years. I have gotten 2 sets of poly-ivory grips and they are the best around. They have the weight and the "feel" they have more ivory powder so age well.
I just got a set for my Taylor and here is a pix of them. Since that pix was taken I polished it with semichrome polish to a glass like sheen. (the little disk on the holster is a piece or real elephant ivory 20-30 years old. you cant tell the difference with out a magnifing glass.) their grips are $24-30 a set.You can also get good prices on real ivory. they are at:

here is the pix. any questions I would be happy to answer.

For simulated Ivory, Gripmaker grips are unequaled. Almost impossible to break and they yellow with age like the real thing.
