92 FTF?

I got a Rossi 92 in 44mag. that will eject the fired case along with the next live round from the magazine if I work the action fast.
If I work the action slow it seems to work most of the time.
Any thoughts on what the problem is?

Just a thought.

Is the lifter jamming?? have you tried cycling the gun rapid without any ammo whilst looking down into the action ?

Yes ,everything looks ok.
Compared to a 92 in 45 I have.

Cartridge guides located in the sides of the receiver are to wide apart.  They need to be shimmed so they just barely touch the sides of the cartridge.
