Replacement Parts?

 I have what I believe to be a Navy Arms Griswold & Gunnison, made by Uberti in 1967. It has a broken hand spring, and the hammer notches are worn out. Where can I find these parts? I am wondering if the 1851 colt parts will work as it looks the same except for the barrel.
