If you saw my pics of my bowie knife from a corn knife, you will see how I started and lucked out.  I had the pic on my wall of my cube (don't get me started on cubes!) and someone asked about it.  They didn't know what a corn knife was, so I did a google and went to show them.  It was a sight selling old farm equipment.  I saw an add for a saddle stamp.  I liked the pic and $20, plus shipping and handling later, I had a C.S. Osbourne stamp.   Someone "cleaned" the area over the name, but ignored the rust on the stamp.   Here it is.  Actual size is ~2" in diameter of the stamped flower.

You really scored on that one, Mo. That'll look good on a saddlebag or holster. Congrats.

Very nice find! Thats the first vintage stamp I have seen. Now I know a little more of what to look for when I am hitting the antique shops around.
