I did place this under the Constitutional Rights section, but since I get the most reaction from my USFA pards I thought I would mention this in here.  My silly state of Pennsylvania has a politician from Philly that is proposing a $10 per gun per year registration.  I certainly am not going to limit the amount of US Fire Arms I am going to own.  Politicians are waisting a tremendous amount of time on trying to fix crime or pay bills with stupid stunts like this.  It is this very stupidity that got me to leave my job.

It's how I feel about the car thing.  If you register something in your name an pay yer money, that should be the end of it until you sell it.  It's not like they are going to lose track of you or what you own once it's initially on paper.  Registration has become a way around the bush of saying "tax".

I hope you Keystone Yankees fire back at your elected officials on this one!

We have a petition going already to arm our Representative to hopefully squash this proposal before it even gets to the State floor again for support and/or a vote.  I just think it's about time that elecetd officials have to have some "official" training in how to properly do their job, and learn how to view and understand what valid statistical information is truly saying.  And, most importantly understanding what the "Constitution" means, represents, and the history behind why provisions in the "Constitution" were created the way they were.  Instead of feeding the fear frenzy, get educated and calm the fear with solid decision making.  What I would do to have Ronald Reagan back!
