Sneaux in South Louisiana

Well pards; 5am and looked outside and saw this white stuff falling from the clouds above!! We say Sneaux in These here parts. The last time was about 10 years ago. I know that this is not news to y'all who live above the Mason -Dixon line but here it takes front page. All them little Buckaroos going to have some Early Christmas Fun, thats for sure.

Where are you at. Im in the Pearl River area and my parents live in Hammond. They got 10 inches of snow. Crazy huh?

My grandson 3 years old had a blast makeing footprints in the snow and eating the white stuff from "Nana's" bowel that we had set out in the yard!

Boy Howdy Fairshake,

When I was in New Orleans for the reenactment of the Battle Of New Orleans, Jan. 8, 9 & 10 it was in the low to mid 70's all 3 days!  A real treat for this guy from Missouri.  Was 8 F when I got home on the 13th.   Was up to 48 today which seemed like summer!      Melted most of the snow that showed up Friday A.M.  Glad that your kids had the chance to enjoy what I think is a royal pain in the neck.
