Finding parts can sometimes be harder than find the entire sight. :-\

Nick Stroebel is the best source I can think of for parts.  He is here in New Mexico, but I don't find a listing for him.

Nick Stroebel, 1206 Silva Road, Belen, NM 87002.

You might check with this guy, as well.

Scott A. Swamer, 1232 Fatima St., Menasha, WI 54952.   Tel: 920 722-7354   Email: ssights@athenet.net

Or....  http://www.gun-parts.com/sights/

Another place is e-bay.  A surprising number of old sights pop up there from time to time.

It is highly possible, that the slider used on the 76 is the same as that found on other Winchester sporting leaf sights.

Good luck! :)

Good info posted there by Grizz ;)

You might also be able to tweak (file sand or grind) the slider from a Chapparal 1876 to work. They are a bit rough (meaning poor) but I know a bunch of guys have removed them and if you click on the "sights" string listed here and then PM e few fellers I'll bet you can find a whole sight!

Good Luck on ya!
