had my 45 colt cylinders reamed out to .452.    Tighten up my groups dramatically.

Thanks Pappy.  Just what i was looking for.  I have a 44-40 Rugar coming from Montana next week.  It's early production with the 55 prefix number.  That tells me that the cylinder will have to be reamed out to specs.  Not really what I wanted, but as scarce as they are, I was glad to find that one.  Just a minor flaw.

Just gives me an excuse to drive up to Houston to go by Miller Hats to buy a winter fedora while I'm in town.
