i just bought a new armi sports 3 band rifle when i got it the barell bands where loose so i packed carbord between stock and barell directly under barell bands this fixed problem but may have created another after  about 8 shots point of impacy moves down about 8 inches any idear how to fix this

Take the cardboard back out and see what happens.  The barrel may be moving when it gets hot and rubbing on the cardboard.

when i take packing out barell bands move about all over the place when firing even more eratic groups

If its that bad, I would send it back for some warranty work.
