I figure you guys will be able to give me some good ideas about where to find what I have in mind. I just got a Mitchell Arms/Uberti SAA in .45LC, 4.75" barrel. I want a plain, simple, black, right-hand cross-draw holster to fit it. Here's the thing, I want one that matches the revolver's appearance, showing age and use but with lots of life still in it. I'd also be interested in a Dyer pouch and even a good belt (without cartridge loops) if such can be obtained without mortgaging myself down to my socks :D  Thanks for any help!

There are some very good pros that frequent this forum. I expect that at least a couple of them will respond to your request. To help with the response you get, are you looking for something historically correct or just a good workable holster that shows some use?

All right, pards. Get in contact with Frenchie on this.

Frenchie,

David Carrico has good leather at good prices.  Does Army leather with proper stamps!  I'm a happy customer.  There are a lot of great craftsmen in leather here and I would not hesitate to order from any of them!

Marshal Will, I'm looking for historically correct (NCOWS), simple and inexpensive that someone would buy just to have a practical way to carry a six-gun.

Dr. Bob, got your PM, thanks for the advice!

Thanks, Frenchie, I was wondering about that. There are some good makers for authenticity around here. Hopefully you'll get to work with one of them.
