Trying to find a phone number

You have probably seen that ad on TV for an 800 number that you call if your phone is disconnected.  You call that number (probably from the neighbor's place?) and for a fee they will hook you back up.  If anyone has seen that ad and knows the 800 number could you pass it along to me?  I would appreciate it if someone knew this number.
